Hyelink Global (Pvt) Ltd is a vehicle import and fleet solutions company registered in Sri Lanka, with its head office at No. 07, Bank Building, Orion City, Colombo 09, Sri Lanka. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Hyelink Global (Pvt) Ltd.
2. Quotations and estimates
Prices, landed-cost figures and the duty calculator on this website are indicative estimates only. They depend on exchange rates, the vehicle's exact specification and the customs tariff in force on the date of clearance, all of which change. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A firm quotation is issued in writing only after we confirm the vehicle, current rates and applicable duties.
3. Auction listings and stock
Vehicles shown as auction lots or stock are subject to availability and to the terms of the originating auction house or supplier. Grading, mileage and condition are reported as supplied by the auction inspection (for example JEVIC or JAAI) and are passed on in good faith.
4. Orders, payments and letters of credit
The specific commercial terms of any import — deposit, payment schedule, letter of credit, shipping, insurance, clearance and registration — are set out in the individual agreement or invoice for that transaction, which prevails over this website in the event of any conflict.
5. Intellectual property
The Hyelink Global name, logo, site design and content are owned by Hyelink Global (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on estimates or general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
