We will be able to provide you with all relevant information including year, mileage, colour, transmission, specifications and equipment lists. A detailed appraisal and description of each vehicle will be provided to you on the auction day. We will be able to search the history of the prices for your particular make and model to help give you an idea on what the vehicle will sell for. All auction sheets can be provided to you direct from the auction source. 

Once you are satisfied with a vehicle and wish to place a bid you tell us what you would like to pay. We can guide you by using previous auction history but you control the final bid amount. If we find multiple vehicles suitable for you on the same day don't worry as we have a system in place to aid in your decision making. 

When your bid is successful at the auction, we will send you the Total Invoice & the Performa Invoice. Based on these we will need to open a LC (Letter of Credit) accredited to you personally (Under the customers' name). Once the LC is opened only we can clear the vehicle from the auction and arrange shipping to Sri Lanka. This method of payment assists us in keeping our operational overheads at a low level which in turn benefits you since we can offer the vehicle at TRUE wholesale price. However, if you wish to proceed through another payment method or require financial assistance, you are most welcome to speak to us. We are flexible in arranging financials according to your requirement.

Allow 2 weeks for us to organize and book your vehicle on the soonest vessel leaving its nearest port. Once your vehicle has been loaded, we will inform you of the vessel name and you may track its progress from Japan to Sri lanka via satellite. 

Clearing of the vehicle from our ports will be carried out by our expert clearing agents. Once the vehicle is cleared we will do the vehicle registration and organize other necessary tasks to groom and deliver your vehicle to your desired destination.
