VAT Registration Form (you could obtain forms download page)
Grama Niladari Certification - To be certified by the Grama Niladari on VAT Registration form
Bank Certification - To be filled by the bank (any bank)
Original NIC (photo copy need to be certified by the J.P) along with this hand over the Original NIC
2 Stamp sized photographs
IMPORTANT DOCUMENT
Please obtain your original vehicles document set from your L.C opened Bank and over to the HYELINK office or HYELINK clearance Agent-along with the other required documents mentioned above.
The clearance Agent will begin the process, registered your vehicle at SRI LANKA CUSTOMS and will be notified by the clearance Agent of the Government Taxation.
The cheque need to be drawn to DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS
After this process the clearance Agent will inform you to be at HAMBANTHOTA –PORT date/time
DELIVRING EXTRA SERVIES
Organize the driver from Hambanthota to Colombo-(charges can negotiation with the clearance Agent)
Arranged the carrier service from Hambanthota to Colombo (carrier Service charges depending on the distance)
Providing an assistance for your vehicle registration process
Also providing guidance for you to arrange cover note from the any insurance company
This could be arranged HAMBANTHOTA itself
